Calm Abiding with Khaydroup
March 4, Saturday 9AM-1PM
A calm mind is crucial for analytical and reflective exploration and investigation of the nature of mind and reality. This course will give instructions on Calm Abiding meditation with ample opportunity to deepen one’s practice.
In Person and Online: Khaydroup will be in-person. Class will meet in person and online. Class zoom link will be sent out before the course starts. Please sign up in a timely manner so that the volunteers have sufficient time to send you the link before class.

Join Dharma Teacher Dawa Tarchin Phillips and Bodhi Path Santa Barbara for a restorative and transformative spring meditation retreat in the mountains of Ojai at Camp Ramah. Teachings are based on the 37 Practices of The Bodhisattvas.
