Here is a little idea that Gabriel, one of the children in our church was inspired with.  May God inspire you too with ideas to help these beautiful children.

Hustle 4 Honduras is coming this Saturday, May 17th!  Have you registered online? While you can register on the race site starting 8am on Saturday morning, registering online by Wednesday, May 14th, 3pm will guarantee you a t-shirt!

The Quick Story

In July of 2013, then six year old Gabriel was inspired with a way to help some of the poorest children in one of the poorest countries in the world.  He would raise tuition money with a 4 mile race to send kids living in the dump of Tegucigalpa, Honduras to a nearby school.

In July of 2014, men and women from our area will be travelling to Honduras to personally deliver that tuition money to the principal of the AFE school which stands for Amor, Fe, Esperanza (Love, Faith, Hope).
Learn more about the AFE school here:

Half of the funds will pay for materials to build a home for a family in Honduras through the "Help for Honduras" project.

Gabriel, son of Topher and Ashley Wiles, is a seven year old resident of Washington, Indiana.  He loves running, playing tennis, attending church services at Washington Church of Christ, drawing pictures, reading books, and playing with legos.  You'll frequently see him smiling as he's running around Washington!

Gabriel ran over 100 miles in 2013 and is getting into the running season logging over 25 miles this year (that figure doesn't include all the mileage from playing backyard dodgeball).
