May Update

We've each had our vote, and the general public have spoken. We have a majority for the Conservatives, and it looks like David Cameron is safely back at Number 10. There was a spectacular result for the Scottish Nationalist Party, and in Wales our seats came mostly from Labour.

So, what does this mean for life science in Great Britain? Read our latest copy of UK Lifescience Industry for 10 recommendations for Government from the life science community.

Our news section is full of MediWales members' successes this month, and we can feel the momentum building for the life science community in Wales.
With investments being secured, awards being won, and new partnerships being made, we are delighted to showcase the strength of our members and partners with the network. See below or visit our news section to read more.

Our partners at the UK BioIndustry Association (BIA) have launched a vision for the UK life sciences sector in 2025. Read what they have to say here: BIA notes key role of the research councils in the UK life sciences sector.

We have a number of exciting projects going on at the moment. Contact a member of the MediWales team and see what we can do for you!
