International Events

CPhI Worldwide: the world's leading pharmaceutical networking event. Held in Paris, CPhl Worldwide 2014 will host 2,500 exhibitors and 35,000 attendees from 140 countries. See more by clicking the logo.

This year Medica will take place from 12th - 15th November 2014 in Dusseldorf, Germany. After a successful mission last year, Welsh Government will have a larger presence in the International Hall, will be holding a reception to which delegates can invite their contacts, and have secured one hotel ship to accommodate the mission. Following on from last year’s successful mission, we are keen to support innovative Welsh companies to establish and increase their export activity in the Middle East. Arab Health will take place from 26th - 29th January 2015 in Dubai, UAE. This event attracted over 3,700 exhibitors and 87,000 visitors from over 70 countries in 2014. Click the logo below to see more.

Update from HQ

As we draw into Autumn, our biggest event of the year, the Innovation Awards Dinner on 10th December, is not so far away. The award categories will be announced soon, so keep a close eye on our emails if you would like to enter. Sponsorship opportunities are now available - email to find out more.

Preparations for the UK HealthTech Conference on 4th December are well underway, and we are working hard to make this a bigger and better event than ever before. A number of international delegates are registered to attend, and we are very excited about bringing industry leaders from all around the world to Cardiff. Exhibitions spaces are filling up fast, so please register now if you would like to exhibit.

MediWales are looking to help facilitate partnerships between industry and medical students at Cardiff University as part of their medical training. Do you have a potential industry project? Feedback and proposals will need to be received by early November for distribution to students.
