Update from HQ
We can't believe that we are nearly into the final quarter of 2014, which means that our flagship event on the 4th December, the UK HealthTech Conference, and our Innovation Awards Dinner on the 10th December are fast approaching.
We have a very busy time coming up, and lots of exciting new developments. In addition to the KTN, ABHI, and Medilink UK, the BIA have now joined our UK HealthTech event as a conference partner. Exhibitor places are filling up quickly. To register your place, please contact Julie.
Coming up in the Autumn programme we have a series of Pharma regulatory events to provide updates and discussions on the implementation and impact of new legislation on our sector. The first of these will take place on October 17th (please note date change) with Rick Greville, ABPI, presenting on The Falsified Medicines Directive. The programme will also include speakers from manufacturing companies and presentations on the security of the supply chain and the approach of the MHRA to the new regulations.
The second of these events will focus on the new Clinical Trials - the regulations of which will be confirmed shortly.
Please contact Debbie for further information and opportunities.
ABHI is currently running an event in conjunction with NHS England titled “Accessing & Engaging with NHS England” there is a discount code for MediWales members to use when signing up which will allow attendance at the ABHI Member Price (£150+VAT). Contact Julie to obtain this.
