I've enjoyed the recent free webinars we've done on How to Train in Positive Psychology and The Natural Antidepressant (which the film above is taken from). As people have asked me for the recordings and powerpoint slides, I've set up an online resource where you can get these too.
To give you a taste of the online resource we use in our 8-week Positive Psychology Foundations Training, we're opening it up as a free trial until 7pm on Weds 23rd Sept. You can think of it as an online event you can visit to watch video and other resources, ask questions or engage in discussion. We've posted links here to the recordings and slides of both the recent webinars I've done with my colleague Miriam Akhtar (author of Positive Psychology for Overcoming Depression). This free trial leads into our eight-week training with webinars each Wednesday at 7.30pm UK time, 11.30am US PT, 2.30pm US ET or 8.30pm Europe CET, from Sept 23rd 2015, backed up by the private online resource you can come back to as often as you like. Our goal is to help you become familiar with proven practices that promote resilience, good mood and emotional wellbeing.
