Chef Eli Dunn

The chef at Eli's Kitchen in Warren gives us an inside look into what it's like to open a restaurant.

Eli Dunn – chef, husband and soon-to-be father – opened his own restaurant, Eli's Kitchen in Warren in May. Three months in, the spot is packed nightly in the small town in Rhode Island, where the culinary master helms the kitchen with two other chefs, Taylor Pelton and Alex Turner. We sat down with Dunn to find out what a day in his life as a new restaurant owner is like, from the time he wakes up until he goes to sleep each night.
