The Thanksgiving Holiday in November is a great time to acknowledge the good we experience. Being thankful is something that is ideal when practiced regularly. If you're busy like me, you'll have to make an effort to stay focused on being grateful. And the truth is, we all have much to be thankful for. Besides, you know the saying, "What you focus on is what you'll get more of." By focusing on gratitude, you'll open yourself to even more flow and abundance in your life. Isn't that what we all want? So, let's get busy and focus on the good stuff!

Feng Shui Tip for Space
In feng shui, symbols associated with Gratitude (aka prosperity) are objects that embody movement like wind chimes and water fountains. Claim a small area in a location where you spend a lot of time and see often. This could be on a dresser in your bedroom, on a desktop, on the counter in the kitchen, etc. Place a couple meaningful objects of your choice that remind you of gratitude, abundance or properity. Add a writtern affirmation or two similiar to: "I am grateful for ________." Once you've done that, energize your power spot with your intentions.

Inner Feng Shui Tip
Each morning write down 4 - 5 things for which you are grateful. Spend a few moments connecting to the feelings associated with those items. Create an experience where you can viserally sense a moment of connection, joy, happiness, freedom etc. related to gratitude. Repeat this process before you go to sleep. Do this everyday for 30 days and experience the magic that unfolds.
