This is an interactive 2-day, 6-hour, Zoom Webinar for Oakland & Livingston County, Michigan residents, to be held Wednesday and Thursday, July 13 & 14, from 9:00 am - noon. It is conducted in partnership with professionals from the banking and real estate industry. We provide information and activities to help you understand and be prepared for the home buying process, including working with real estate agents, inspections, appraisals, different loan options, down payment assistance, credit and mortgage approval, and closing documents.
