Boston Average Sale Price Almost Hits $1M! 

In Q1 2016 the core downtown Boston market performed at record levels. Over Q1 2015 the number of sales was up 8%. The average price rose 12% to $988,589 - almost $1,000,000 for an average home! This is testament to the strong regional economy and shortage of inventory.

The average price paid per square foot rose 11% to $813. And the average days on market decreased to just 54.
