New Invoicing System


Dear Matterport customer, 

We have switched to a new invoicing system in order to streamline our billing procedures. Starting this month, you will now only receive one invoice and subsequently one charge to your credit card on file for all Matterport fees, including your Cloud Plan, any Schematic Floor Plans ordered, and a la carte billing for Spaces.

Your invoice will list all charges and all Spaces created during the billing period. 

If you need to change any billing information, please log in at and update as necessary. If you have any questions, please contact us at
