Bug Fix for Matterport Cloud Processing
Earlier this month, we discovered an issue in the Matterport Cloud processing pipeline which created jagged edges or holes in some of your Spaces. Thank you to those who reached out to let us know about the issue. This affected some of the Spaces processed between April 6th - April 25th. Yesterday, at noon PDT, we deployed a fix to the Matterport Cloud processing pipeline that addresses the issue. Any Space processed after April 25th at noon or before April 6th is free of this issue.
Matterport is correcting Spaces where we are aware of this issue by reprocessing those Spaces. If you have a Space that appears to have frayed edges or holes, please contact Support for reprocessing and include where your Space is posted or if you have created additional assets in Workshop. When your Space is reprocessed, you may request that it retain your Mattertag Posts, Snapshots, Highlight Reels, and the original URL so that you avoid losing any post-processing work.
