We all think we know what customer service is BUT really what is it? How do we do it?  Who should it be provided to?  What is the benchmark? How high is the bar set?  Malcom’s session will explore these questions and provide all the answers to grow your customer base and your business. INFORM, INFLUENCE, ENTERTAIN!

Michael McQueen

The Re-Invention Roadmap
Steve Jobs once observed that "if you aren't willing to cannibalise your own business, someone else will do it for you". As the status quo continues to be disrupted at a greater rate than ever, this warning has never been more timely.  Michael will outline a roadmap for maintaining vitality and relevance in the years to come.

Noel Whittaker

Creating Wealth and Saving Tax

Tottie Goldsmith

Life: a work in progress
One of the lead vocalists from The Chantoozies, Tottie acknowledges that it has taken her half her life to learn, not only how to find balance, but what balance actually means. For Tottie, it’s a combination of finding the time to tend to the mind, nourish the body and enjoy one's work.. every choice leading to our current reality.
