We've made it to November!

Aye aye aye, what a year! I'm sorry I haven't been in touch this year as much as I would have liked. The beginning of the year I was amped up and raring to go, I had so many plans and then 2020 started to throw a spanner in the works! It's the year that keeps on giving!

That said, I have been keeping a log of things that I've been up to, I won't bore you with it, but actually, despite the ups and downs, I've been more productive than I thought I had been, If you don't keep a diary of your achievements, I strongly advise you to. When you look back over the year, you'll discover that you've done more than you thought!

So, with that in mind, here are a couple of things that I've participated in recently that you might be interested in.

The Hand Medal Project was created to say thanks to the caregivers, nurses, and doctors in our communities who have risked their lives for us this year. Each jeweler is given a unique number (mine was 1969), which needed to be on each hand, a template with the hand that needed to be sawn out and clear instructions on how to assemble them (with a ribbon and safety pin).
I made 29 in total (I lost one and have since found it on my bench!). Each hand medal was put into it's own little envelope and over the next few months, they will be given out to healthcare workers around the world.
It's a beautiful way for us jewelers around the world (54 countries so far!) to say thanks and give our gratitude to those people that have selflessly given us the gift of life.

Holiday Gifts!

The holidays are right around the corner and this year it's going to look a little different, maybe we won't get to spend time with our loved ones. So if you're looking for a special gift, let me know if you would like me to mail it directly to the recipient and also if you'd like me to write a gift note and wrap it!

The last day for shipping within the US (for ready to ship gifts) will be December 16th.

Studio Tour

At the beginning of October, I participated in the Jersey City Art & Studio Tour and opened up my studio for a virtual tour.

The video below is a great intro to my work and my studio (which is the first time I've opened it up to the public).
It's very difficult to get a good thumbnail when you're speaking!!
I hope you enjoyed it, let me know if you have any questions - I'll be more than happy to answer them!

I also have some exciting news to share with you, so look out for an email in the next few weeks!
