Meet Todd M. Peterson
Todd M. Peterson is a civil attorney with over 40 years of experience in estate planning, probate law, including guardianships and conservatorships, contracts, real estate, bankruptcy, and general civil litigation. He grew up in Los Altos Hills (the SF Bay Area), graduated from Stanford in 1971 and obtained his juris doctor in May of 1974 from the University of Michigan.  He practiced in Chico for 28 years before moving to Scott Valley in June of 2002. He loves the law and admires Abraham Lincoln who, as a lawyer, once said, “I am not bound to win, but I am bound to be true. I am not bound to succeed, but I am bound to live by the light that I have.”
