I hope you have all had an enjoyable week. Thank you so much for your comments, photos and videos about this week's focus on wellbeing.
We all know the importance of taking care of our mental and physical health. Rather than simply having an isolated day, we hope that children and families continue to enjoy activities to support their wellbeing beyond this week.
The photos below show just some our amazing children taking part in a range of activities on Wednesday. They show how the children have embraced the theme of 'Expressing Themselves'. Keep an eye out for Arthur tossing his pizza dough!
Thank you so much to all the staff for supporting this work especially Miss Skillen and Mrs Dellaney who lead our wellbeing in school. Thank you also to Mrs Fergusson for her creative art ideas, to Mrs Hance for continually sharing her mindfullness videos and to Mr Peters for his daily PE challenges.
We are regularly updating the wellbeing page on our website which has several resources and links which you may find supportive. pevenseyschool.org.uk/parents/wellbeing
Take care and have a great weekend!
Mr Paramor
Bereavement SupportWe know that some families have suffered from a bereavement over recent weeks. In school, we have a collection of supportive books for children which families are welcome to borrow. They deal with sadness and loss and children may find them helpful. We also have a dedicated page on our website, with resources and links to support families. https://pevenseyschool.org.uk/parents/bereavement
As always, please contact us if there is anything we can do to support.
When coming onto site, we ask all adults to maintain social distancing and, unless exempt, to wear a face covering. Thank you for your support.
Remote LearningWe email out to all parents the remote learning resources for the following week on a Friday. If you ever have any issues receiving these, please email: remotelearning@pevenseyschool.org.uk
