Benny Dangue was once a man addicted to drugs and alcohol, ruining his life and the lives of his wife and three children; but when he met Frontline, Jesus changed his life forever.
Pastor Benny loves sharing
God's love with others
Two years ago Frontline conducted an outreach in Barangay Santisimo, which later resulted in the launching of a new campus, known as the "GreenBox." During that outreach, Benny was drawn to the meeting tent when he heard the music playing. That night after listening to the message, he knew it was time to give his life to Christ... and he did.
Since then Benny has been passionate for more of God, and turned from his old ways. The new Benny was obvious, with evident life changes, and in time his troubled family was restored. He quickly committed to serve at the GreenBox campus as a full time volunteer. This was real faith in action, as he had to trust God to provide for him and his family financially.
Pastor Benny with his wife, announced as the new pastor in Bautista
During the past two years, Pastor Ruel has been mentoring Benny and guiding him in leading LifeGroups. During our joint church service last Sunday, Benny was placed before the church congregation and announced as the newest Campus Pastor, serving at the brand new Bautista site!
Jesus made disciples out of men from every walk of life; like fishermen, farmers, doctors, and tax collectors. He saw value and potential in every human being. That is our heart here at Frontline: that all would hear the message of Salvation, experience life change, and become involved in loving, fruitful service to God. We are so happy to see Benny now preparing to continue the cycle of changing and mentoring lives in our new church site.
This is what we do together as partners in mission! Thank you for you for being a part of the Frontline mission!
