VisitWiltshire's Autumn Familiarisation Visit 'One to One Meetings & Exhibition'
We are planning a familiarisation visit for group travel organisers, coach/tour operators and trade press from 2 - 4 October which will include 'one to one meetings and exhibition' at Marlborough College. There are also opportunities to attend ITB Berlin 8 - 12 March 2017 with South West England - for £750 per day; or exhibit with us at World Travel Market in November 2016. Please contact Flo if you are interested.

Event Support Programme - VisitBritain has just launched a four-year programme to grow the UK’s international business events industry. Theevent support programmeoffers financial and non-financial support, with applications open to destination management organisations (DMOs) and venues and event organisers who are collaborating with DMOs. David would like to hear from any businesses which would like to work with VisitWiltshire on a bid proposal.
£3 million Cultural Destination Fund - As part of VisitBritain's three-year partnership with Arts Council England, there is a £3 million Cultural Destinations programme which aims to drive visitor economy growth to arts and cultural organisations.Davidwould love to hear from any cultural organisations who have bid ideas that fit the guidelines. Scams - please be vigilantas there have been a few scams circulating in the accommodation sector. If you are asked to accept more money than the cost of your accommodation to pay agents or such like these are likely to be a scam.
