Year of the English Garden
In celebration of the 300th anniversary of 'Capability Brown' VisitEngland are developing the ‘Year of the English Garden’ as a key theme for 2016. Gardens are one of England’s greatest attractions for overseas and domestic visitors. Internationally, more than half of holiday visits include a trip to a park or garden, second only to shopping as a key activity.
