It's that time - time to make new resolutions.
Whether your goal is to be healthier or spend more time with your family, you can accomplish it.
Here's a tip to get started:
Choose a specific measurable goal that you can achieve in a few weeks. Keep the big picture in mind, but start small. For example, set aside 20 minutes, 5 days this week with no TV, no phone, no computer to just talk with your family. Fitness is your goal? Start by cutting out any fast/fried foods this week, and going to Socacize twice. Once you've accomplished those small things, reaching your big goal will seem more attainable.
