Hey everyone!

Yesterday, we fully welcomed 64 students into the life of the United Methodist Church and I am so incredibly proud of each of them. They have demonstrated a remarkable authenticity in their faith and I cannot wait to see how God is going to be at work in their lives. A big thanks to Eleanor Christiansen for leading this group and ensuring a fantastic bridge between the Children's and Youth Ministries here at Trinity.

Coming up, we've got a full week of programming with Element Cafe and FUSION groups. Since Discovery Weekend, we've already seen an increase in students joining a FUSION Bible Study for the first time!! It is never too late to get involved in one of these groups.

SUMMER 2023 is fast approaching! Be sure to review below all of the summer trips and programming happening here at Element. Many of these trips have limited spots available, so go ahead and lock this in.

Finally, students, join us this Sunday night from 6-8 PM as we look back at some of the best (and most hilarious) moments from WONDER 2023 with our Discovery Comeback Night! (See more details below).

- Robert Sturdivant, Youth Pastor

DISCOVERY LOST AND FOUND!
Students, if you are not sure if you left something at Discovery, based on this picture, we'd argue that you probably did! Parents and students alike, be sure to swing by the Haven in the coming weeks and check the Lost and Found tables seen here. You can come by anytime Monday-Thursday, 9-5 PM. On March 27th, all remaining items will be donated.

ADDITIONALLY: Discovery Letters: Please double check your folders to be sure that each letter is YOURS. If you have letters that are not yours/your student, please return those to Element. We have many students who also have not yet picked up their letters.

You cannot lose God’s love. YOU are exactly who God has created you to be.

Join A FUSION Bible Study Small Group

Be sure to check online now to see when your group is meeting: https://www.elementstudentministry.com/fusion

Also, if your grade/group time does not work for your schedule, feel free to email Kristi Edwards, our Discipleship Director, and we'll do our best to come up with creative solutions to ensure your student can remain engaged in this discipleship pathway.

ELEMENT CAFE - This Tuesday and Thursday, 3:00-5:30 PM.

PARENTS - Do you have space in your schedule to volunteer at Element Cafe? Sign up here!

You do not need to be a "Trinity Member" to participate at Element Student Ministry and its cafe. This year, registration for Element Cafe is completely online and can be done prior to students first arrival to Element Cafe. Please go to www.elementstudentministry.com/elementcafe to sign up and learn more!!

Please note - students can enter and participate in Element Cafe unregistered up to 3 times. Life is busy, we get it! Just please fill it out by the 3rd visit, because we don't want to ask you to come pick up your student just as much as you don't want to come pick up your student...

If you have any further questions about Element Cafe, you can contact Rhys Ferguson, Community Director of Element, at rferguson@trinitybirmingham.com

Church-Wide Service Opportunity: Palm Cross Workshop
Each year we have a workshop dedicated to preparing for the holy day of Palm Sunday, where we hand out hundreds of dried palm leaves that have been formed into the shape of small crosses for individuals to wear. Join us on April 1 from 9-11AM in the Fellowship Hall of the Oxmoor Campus in the making of palm crosses. Come be a part of this wonderful Trinity tradition!

If there is anything we can do to better partner with you and your family, contact Robert, our youth pastor at rsturdivant@trinitybirmingham.com.
