Greetings Planners,
Last week, we announced a collaboration with Paul Jaminet, Ph.D., co-author of Perfect Health Diet, Four Steps to Renewed Health, Youthful Vitality, and Long Life. Our EAT Plan Chapter includes a summary of the Perfect Health Diet eating recommendations. In the coming weeks, we will begin adding Perfect Health Diet recipes, meal plans, and other content to the Dan's Plan programs. This is a very valuable resource to Dan's Plan members because we think Paul's approach to eating is one very effective way to become an Intelligent Eater!
