Save the date for this year’s Auction
This year’s Building Futures Auction - Mardi Gras Masquerade - will be on Saturday, February 25, 2017 in Marian Hall. The Silent Auction returns to the night of event and we will have a Mardi Gras mask contest. Don’t miss the fun. save the date!
Parent auction donation obligation deadline is October 1st
Please note that the deadline for your parent obligation of a new product valued at $75 or a check/cash payment for $75 is due no later than October 1st. Per your school contract, after October 1st, the obligation increases to $150 cash or check only. If you have any questions, please call Peggy DiPrima at 360-696-2586 ext 1261.
Classroom project parents needed
We are getting ready to kick off our annual classroom project preparations! Last year the kids put together some really fun and amazing projects and we can’t wait to see what this year brings! If you are interested in participating in any way, please contact Meta Sanders at firstname.lastname@example.org by September 23rd or sign up on Back to School Night. Please seriously consider volunteering for this wonderful school tradition as classrooms that do not have at least one parent volunteer will not have a classroom project this year.
Win a complimentary ticket to the Auction
We are running the Live Auction contest once again and the prize is a ticket to the 2016 Live Auction & Dinner. Anyone who submits an item that qualifies to be a Live Auction Item valued at $700 or more, will be given a complimentary ticket to the night of the event. One ticket per qualifying donated item.
Procurement of items for Silent, Super Silent, and Live Auction
Items that always sell the best at Auction and often bring in larger sums are items that provide a unique experience or opportunity to purchase something you wouldn’t normally be able to get. We ask that everyone please take a few minutes and think if you know anyone you could ask to donate to our auction who has access to items such as these:

- Hotel Room Nights – Great Wolf Lodge, Bend, Walla Walla, Oregon or Washington Coast
- Dining Experiences
- A Case of Wine
- Wine Tasting
- Fine Jewelry
- Tickets to a Professional Sporting Event
- Boating Experience - Christmas Ships, Chartered Fishing, Fly Fishing
- Fun Experiences – Zip Lining, Ski Bowl tickets, Rock Climbing, Six Flag Tickets, Ski Packages
Any and all new items are welcome! Please check the school website for the Auction logo and click through for access to the Donation Forms. The procurement letters are being updated and new ones will be online next week.
