Your health, safety, and satisfaction are of utmost importance, and for that reason, I am sharing with you updates to our cancellation policy effective immediately. Should you desire to cancel any trips already reserved between March 1st and August 15th 2020, we will offer monetary credit to the Guest to use for future travel, as well as returning the Keys from the Host back to the Guest. Keep in mind you can always work directly with your host/guest to reschedule if possible. However, if you wish to cancel, please reach out to our team and let us know. We will work with you on the logistics. Please do what is right for you, and regardless of your decision, we are here to assist.
Additionally, we will be adjusting Keys that are set to expire between March 1st and April 30th with a new expiration date of August 15th in order to give you all the opportunities to travel with us in the future.
