Today's EFT Tip
We all have something we just can't quit. Something that has a little more control over us than we'd like to admit. Maybe we have to have an evening drink. We just can't quite the cigarettes. Maybe it's a late night bowl of Rocky Road, a bowl of popcorn, or half a bag of chips or cheetos. Whatever it is, it's called addiction. And it's been what I've been reporting in my most recent posts. I shared my post on food addiction last time, but I had a very moving experience with someone addicted to pot recently. Fortunately, through sheer will power, they have been able to stay away from it for 6 years. But the desire for it has been very real and very stressful.
