Joint Day of Action tied to National Small Business Week
Every year since 1963 the president has issued a proclamation calling for the celebration of National Small Business Week. In as many years, the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) has taken the opportunity to highlight the impact of outstanding entrepreneurs, small business owners, and others from across the nation through National Small Business Week. National Small Business Week is set as the first week in May.

This year, WE Global Network is building on efforts of the SBA to publicize National Small Business Week by honoring and promoting awareness of immigrant owned small business owners within the Rust Belt.
Bringing Vitality to Main Street

Early last year, the Fiscal Policy Institute, in conjunction with the America’s Society and Council of the Americas released groundbreaking research about the importance and prevalence of America’s immigrants in building and sustaining Main Street commercial retail businesses.
