New website launched for Mount Olivet Lutheran Church in South Minneapolis
Earlier this week we launched a new website for Mount Olivet Lutheran Church, one of the largest ELCA congregations in the country.
In addition to improving the visual and technological aspects of the church's aging website, the Malley Design team partnered with church communication staff members to dive deep into the site's organization. With two campuses, and over 14,000 members, a major objective of the project was to streamline the user experience and the site's information architecture design.
Our design team also worked with Mount Olivet's existing brand to find new ways to express the combination of heritage and contemporary elements of the life of the church. We drew from architectural and interior design features found in the Minneapolis campus to create design elements that feel bespoke to the church.
As 2019 gets off to a roaring start, we're excited to share that Turner Zajac has joined the Malley Design team as Designer.
Turner has spent the last six months as a contract web designer at Malley and has contributed to all of our upcoming website design projects.
Turner brings a user-centric mindset to the Malley team. With a passion for ux/ui design, front-end development and a strong drive for animations and interactions. He loves seeing how users interact with his products and learning from it.
Outside of the pixel pushing, you’ll find him playing video games, board games or dreaming about his vanlife.
To see some of his previous work, check out his Dribbble profile, and we can't wait to share some of Turner's upcoming projects soon.
