Passport to Success had a wonderful 4th workshop on Leadership and Succession. President Carlos O. Turner Cortez, Ph.D. introduced SDCCD Vice Chancellor of Student Service Dr. Lynn Ceresino Neault, Vice Chancellor of instructional Services Dr. Stephanie Bulger, and District Architect Lance Lareau. Each gave a very engaging overview of their departments. Ursula Salbato, Benefits and Retirement Supervisor for HR, Amiee Gallagher the Director of Employee Relations and Robin Taylor, Labor Relations Analyst informed our new contract faculty about employment and benefits information. Erin Milligan-Hill Director of Employment and Professional Development finished the workshop by presenting opportunities for Leadership through the various Academies offered by the District. This was a wonderful opportunity to ask question about the District’s policies and procedures.
