Crawfish Lovers:  News from the Bayou is that crawfish are growing stronger and larger. Pricing for the week come in Monday afternoon. Prices are still on the upper end at $4.49/lb. Cleaned and Purged.  Our 30-35 pound sacks of crawfish are by reservation only, so make sure you call in your order by 10 am Wednesday morning for a Friday or Saturday pick up. 512-452-3820
Thursday Nights in the Restaurant, Boiled Crawfish are $8.99/lb. starting at 5:00 PM


Tonight, we will be at the Palmer Events Center serving up some delicious delights for Ducks Unlimited!  There are still a few ticket's available, and the proceeds go to conservation of the Wetlands and Waterfowl.  

We have changed our Breakfast hours on our Food Truck to Wednesday through Saturday 7:00 am until 10:30 am.  I was standing in line this morning talking with one of our regulars, and she had said to me "I have lost weight eating here", I was surprised by this and asked her "why? and WHAT ARE YOU EATING!?" She said she didn't used to eat breakfast regularly, but now that she is, she feels more satisfied and is no longer snacking before lunch.  Well I just thought that was a cool story, so I had to share it with you!  By the way, she loves the Bagel and Lox, and we do too!  Thanks to Rockstar Bagels for their AMAZING bagels!

Pasta Wednesdays -Pasta Wednesday's.  Our new chef's are making fresh Pasta each Wednesday pairing it with some of our fresh seafood.  Perfect with $2.00 Lone Star cans or  enjoy with a refreshing glass of Texas wine while your relax to the cool sounds of Austin's own...The Calico Jazz Trio or The Robert Kraft Trio.
 

Crawfish Thursdays -  Crawfish are brought in  Every Thursday beginning at 5 PM,  our chefs will be hosting a crawfish boil right here at Quality!  Stop by and enjoy the fruits of our labor for only $8.99/lb. Keep in mind that these babies go quick, and it is first come, first serve, so come early !  Grab your bibs and get ready for something NEW!  Wash it all down with $2.00 PBR or Lone Star or Tecate!

Lobsterfest Saturdays - Live Maine lobsters are flown in Saturday mornings and boiled to-order from 12 p.m. – 9 p.m. When in season, we also boil live Dungeness crabs flown fresh from the West Coast. Lobsters are $24.99 each.

Tuna, Yellowfin (Ahi) – Wild – Yellowfin earns its name from its bright yellow dorsal, pectoral and anal fins.  It is also recognizable by its blue back and silver belly.  These fish generally weigh around 300 pounds.   Yellowfin Tuna is more flavorful than Albacore; the meat is bright red when raw, but when cooked turns brown to grayish tan. The flesh is firm and moist with large flakes.  Bold, red Tuna loins and steaks are fast becoming the healthy replacement for sirloin.  Yellowfin is also served as sashimi and sushi.  Look for Tuna meat with a glistening, wet look, and bright red color.  Fat is desirable as more fat means more flavor.  The Tuna belly (or “Toro”) is a delicacy sought after by sushi chefs, and it also makes for a delicious grilled or fried fish sandwich.  Our Tuna is flown fresh from the Gulf of Mexico or the Pacific and is processed in house.

Pecan Gourmet Rainbow Trout ($11.99/lb.) This rainbow trout is hand crusted with pecans, panko, and parsley.  It is so delicious and easy to cook at home 350° for 15-20 min.
