We had our employee Christmas Party this last weekend, and it was a TON of fun!  We brought in a photo booth, and barbeque!  It was a great chance to spend time with our team members and their family!  We have lots of new faces around Quality and we will be featuring them in the  coming months on our Faces of Quality Seafood.  Be sure to stop by and say hello to them!   
Only 14 days until Christmas!  It seems like this year has gone by so quickly.  If you feel rushed like we do, our Market can help!  No time to prepare for guests coming over, give us a call and we can get a shrimp tray prepared, or pick up one of our delicious quiches,  crawfish tamales, or many more items.  Who doesn't love andouille and cheese?  Download and view our party tray menu here.

  The Faces of Quality Seafood:  Daniel Cooper
 Our employees are the backbone  of  Quality Seafood Market. Their hard work and talent are the driving forces behind this historic business' success. Each of them comes from a different walk of life, and each has his or her own story. We hope you will enjoy reading about them. Daniel joins us from Winnepeg, Ontario, Canada.  She primarily works in our Prep area, and is a great team member.  She is always willing to jump in and help where needed. Read Daniels story here!

Pasta Wednesdays -Pasta Wednesday's.  Our new chef's are making fresh Pasta each Wednesday pairing it with some of our fresh seafood.  Perfect with $2.00 Lone Star Longnecks! Enjoy with a refreshing glass of Texas wine while your relax to the cool sounds of Austin's own...The Calico Jazz Trio or The Robert Kraft Trio.

New England Style Clam Bake Thursdays  AND $1.00 Gulf Coast Oysters on the half shell-  Thursday Nights starting at 6:00 PM, we’re having a New England style clam bake. Feeds two or more!  $29.99.  A bucket filled with  Chesapeake Bay Littleneck Clams, PEI Mussels, Texas Brown Shrimp, Corn and Potatoes!  Grab your bibs and get ready for something NEW!  AND... we will be featuring $1.00 (each) Gulf Coast Oysters on the Half Shell. Wash it all down with $2.00 PBR, Lone Star or Bud Light!

Lobsterfest Saturdays - Live Maine lobsters are flown in Saturday mornings and boiled to-order from 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. When in season, we also boil live Dungeness crabs flown fresh from the West Coast. Lobsters are $24.99 each.
