As mudbug season quickly approaches and as we continue to receive questions and request for crawfish I would like to give everyone a quick update on Quality Seafood's crawfish season. We bring in washed, cleaned and purged crawfish in 30-35lb sacks. As of now the crawfish are still too soft and small to withstand the purging process, therefore we are not bringing them in just yet. You might be asking yourself well when 
are you going to bring them in because I have a boil in a few weeks. The answer is we do not exactly know yet but as soon as the quality, size, price and availability are up to our standards we will let you know!

For Valentines Day we are featuring Surf and Turf in our Restaurant.
Dinner Includes:
 2- 6oz. Filet Mignon,
2- 5-6oz. Lobster Tails,
Shared Au Gratin Potatos.
Shared Salad,
Grilled Bread,
and a Shared Desert for $49.99.

Maryland Mondays - Enjoy Alaskan king crab legs boiled Maryland-style for only $19.99/lb while you tap your feet and swing your hips to the sounds of Aunt Ruby's Sweet Jazz Babies!

Taco Tuesdays - $2.00 Seafood tacos (shrimp, mahi mahi or catfish, grilled, blackened or fried) all served with our crunchy slaw and your choice of salsa and tortilla. Wash'em down with $2.00 domestic draft beers!

Go Texan Wednesdays - Soft-shell crabs (golden-friend or sauteed New Orleans BBQ-style)...choose from po-boys, dinners, or order a la carte. Perfect with $2.00 Lone Star Longnecks! Enjoy with a refreshing glass of Texas wine while your relax to the cool sounds of Austin's own...The Calico Jazz Trio or The Robert Kraft Trio.

Test-Tasting Thursdays - Expansion of the building and the menu. Every Thursday evening the restaurant will be exploring new dishes, possibly landing on the future menu. Specials and dishes vary each week and may include anything from an unique seafood sandwich to pasta to salads. Make sure to bring an open mind as the expansion continues. 

Lobsterfest Saturdays - Live Maine lobsters are flown in Saturday mornings and boiled to-order from 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. When in season, we also boil live Dungeness crabs flown fresh from the West Coast. Lobsters are $19.99 each and Dungeness crabs are just $15.99/lb.
