There is so much going on, and I am excited to share it with you all. First up the Les Dames D' Escoffier Austin Chapter will be hosting The Austin Dames Kitchen Sale on Sunday June 1st from 10am - 2PM at the Texas Farmers Market @ Mueller (4550 Mueller Blvd.) Get ready to shop for kitchen gear, plate ware. gadgets. COOKBOOKS! (my favorite), utensils, pots & pans, and all types of gently used kitchen treasures from Austin's Culinary Professionals and members of the Austin chapter of Les Dames D'Escoffier. (all proceeds will fund culinary scholarships for young women going into the culinary profession)
This summer I am so EXCITED to announce, From Sea to Shining Sea, a trio of Prix Fixe Dinners celebrating the amazing coasts that provide us some of the best seafood in the world. Explore the coastal creations once a month in a menu created and designed by our very own Chef Scot Loranc. The menu will walk you through four courses of delight and whimsy focusing on ingredients specific to the Gulf Coast, West Coast, and East Coast. Each course will also be paired with a regional wine selected to compliment each dish. Feed your soul and gather around the table as we ride the tide from coast to coast. Cost per person is $80.00. Pasta Wednesdays -Pasta Wednesday's. Our new chef's are making fresh Pasta each Wednesday pairing it with some of our fresh seafood. Perfect with $2.00 Lone Star Longnecks! Enjoy with a refreshing glass of Texas wine while your relax to the cool sounds of Austin's own...The Calico Jazz Trio or The Robert Kraft Trio.
Test-Tasting Thursdays - Expansion of the building and the menu. Every Thursday evening the restaurant will be exploring new dishes, possibly landing on the future menu. Specials and dishes vary each week and may include anything from an unique seafood sandwich to pasta to salads. Make sure to bring an open mind as the expansion continues.
Lobsterfest Saturdays - Live Maine lobsters are flown in Saturday mornings and boiled to-order from 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. When in season, we also boil live Dungeness crabs flown fresh from the West Coast. Lobsters are $24.99
