Catch of the Week
Catch of the Week
From the Proprietor

OK, BAD NEWS FIRST...  We will NOT have LOBSTERS this Saturday 02/21/2015.  Mother Nature has reared her head in the North East.  Due to the inclement weather, the fishermen are not able to get out on the water.  We apologize for any inconvenience, but please check back next week, hopefully the sun will shine for them soon!

GOOD NEWS: I would like to thank all of you who shared your Valentines with us.  Our Prix Fix dinner was a huge success, and we are so thankful for all of the great feedback we received.  We had a record night in our Restaurant, and to all of the employees who worked so hard, thank you.

We are entering the Lenten Season and we are so excited to be able to celebrate the season with you!  Make sure you check our Facebook page for the daily blackboard special in our restaurant.

We have had a TON of calls about Crawfish. We spoke with our vendor today, and they are still small and soft, and are not recommended.  We like to bring in only the best quality to ensure a great product.

Meet our Vendor!  Mike Osmer with Harvest Select Catfish... Watch his interview here!
We would like to introduce you to one of our vendors from Harvest Select, Mike Osmer.  Mike has been delivering fish to Quality Seafood for 30 + years.  Harvest Select provides our Restaurant, Wholesale Department and our Market counter with US Farm Raised Catfish.

Harvest Select Catfish exhibits integrity and work to produce quality, value intensive U.S. Farm-Raised Catfish products with the skills and talents of their employees to support a common goal of exceeding customer service expectations and environmental sustainability.

Harvest Select maintains strict quality control standards starting at the hatchery until their products reach the consumer. Their product quality is due to the dedication of employees on their farms and in their plants working on a daily basis to strive for the best.

When you buy catfish at Quality, you are getting the very best from Harvest Select.  We are proud to partner with such a great company, and we will continue to provide the very best to our customers.

Retail Specials
02/05/15 - 02/11/15

*Organic King Salmon ($15.99/lb.)
*Pork and Crawfish Sausage ($8.49/lb.)
*Frozen Stuffed Clams ($6.95 per dozen)
 (Pictured Above: King Salmon)

King (Chinook) Salmon is a succulent full-flavored high fat content fish which has large, soft-textured flakes, and the flesh can range from almost white to pink to deep red.  The color of the flesh has no bearing upon its flavor. Compared to Sockeye, Chinook has a higher fat content and therefore a more luxurious texture, and its flavor is a little less "wild" or robust. It is like the difference between a fillet mignon and a new york steak...both are equally good, its a matter of personal preference as to which you enjoy more.

Chef Prepared Special
Pecan Crusted Rainbow Trout ($11.99/lb.)
