Are you all ready for the BIG HOLIDAY coming? Gosh it seems really fast this year doesn't it?  I mean Thanksgiving just ended and rush rush, get ready for Christmas!  Yesterday morning  we put up our Christmas lights in the restaurant and got our Icicles put up around the bar!  For the regulars that come in you will know what I am talking about!   We are so thankful this year that our team and their families are healthy, and we will be celebrating this Sunday with our Employee Christmas Party!  (It is closed to the public) This will be the third year we bring in a photo booth. It is always a BIG hit.   We will share pictures from it next week (at least the ones where they behave).  
 Our Cajun Christmas Cooking Class is next Thursday and It is going to be so amazing.  We have Kimani, one of our managers and cooks, leading the class along with me.  Kimani has been with Quality Seafood for 8 years.  He moved here from New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina.  He has a very moving, special story.  We are featuring him as our Face of Quality Seafood this week, because his story is a great reminder of how important family, faith and perseverance are.

Pasta Wednesdays -Pasta Wednesday's.  Our new chef's are making fresh Pasta each Wednesday pairing it with some of our fresh seafood.  Perfect with $2.00 Lone Star Longnecks! Enjoy with a refreshing glass of Texas wine while your relax to the cool sounds of Austin's own...The Calico Jazz Trio or The Robert Kraft Trio.

New England Style Clam Bake Thursdays  AND $1.00 Gulf Coast Oysters on the half shell-  Thursday Nights starting at 6:00 PM, we’re having a New England style clam bake. Feeds two or more!  $29.99.  A bucket filled with  Chesapeake Bay Littleneck Clams, PEI Mussels, Texas Brown Shrimp, Corn and Potatoes!  Grab your bibs and get ready for something NEW!  AND... we will be featuring $1.00 (each) Gulf Coast Oysters on the Half Shell. Wash it all down with $2.00 PBR, Lone Star or Bud Light!

Lobsterfest Saturdays - Live Maine lobsters are flown in Saturday mornings and boiled to-order from 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. When in season, we also boil live Dungeness crabs flown fresh from the West Coast. Lobsters are $24.99 each.

If you love crab cakes, these shrimp cakes you will LOVE!  Easy to prepare, just sear in a pan over medium heat with a little olive oil or butter for 3-4 minutes per side OR you can put them in a 375° oven for 10-13 minutes.
