Valentines Day is a little over one week away! Our Chef Scot Loranc has put together an amazing, beautiful 5 course Prix Fixe Menu for Valentines day in our party room. We had such terrific feedback from last year, we just had to do it again. There are just 2 spots available on Friday night at 7:15 PM, Saturday we have 2-3 tables available at 5:15 (SATURDAY at 7:15 PM IS SOLD OUT). $69.95 per person and each course is paired with a carefully selected wine (included in the price) by Glaziers. Reservations for the Prix Fixe Dinner are required. Of course we don't want to leave anyone out, so our regular menu is going to be available in our main dining room both nights. Feel like cooking a romantic dinner for two at home? Our market will have a lovely surf and turf option available for pick up starting on Wednesday February 11th.

Hi again, I, (Kelley) am hijacking this part of our newsletter again, I typically stop in the morning on my way in to grab a breakfast taco, but now that we have a truck out front, i thought it my duty to test the menu, and I don't have an extra stop before coming to work! That's 5 extra minutes in the morning! So yesterday I had the Crawfish Gordita, this thing is REALLY good. We make the Gordita (A gordita in Mexican cuisine is a small cake made with masa, but it's not sweet... and yes, I googled the definition) here, and it is awesome, it's topped with beans, and crawfish and yummy sauce, and an egg. I HIGHLY recommend this dish! Then this morning, I had the Huevos Revolutos. I still do not know how to pronounce Revolutos properly, I tried 3 different times, and Charlie kept correcting me. I thought it sounded the same. Anyway, this was SO yummy, this thing is FILLED with shrimp and garlic oil, and eggy goodness and topped with melted buttery Manchego cheese. I had it with corn tortillas, and oh momma, I like.

Lobsterfest Saturdays - Live Maine lobsters are flown in Saturday mornings and boiled to-order from 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. When they are available, we also boil live Dungeness crabs for $15.99/lb. flown fresh from the West Coast. Lobsters are $24.99 each.

has a more delicate texture and clean, mild flavor. The high fat content in Arctic char makes it well-suited for dry-heat cooking such as broiling and smoking. Arctic char tends to be expensive and not widely available though farmed Arctic char quality is usually very high.
