Fellow Seafoodies,

If you had the opportunity to read last week's newsletter, you would have seen that Katrina Daniel is running for City Council and I am her treasurer.  We are hosting a fundraiser here at Quality Seafood this Saturday.  Please come out and support District 4 and our Campaign Kickoff from 3-4:30 PM in our Private Room.  
We have also posted the MENU for our WEST COAST DINNER on Saturday July 19th at 7:00 PM.  This dinner is going to knock your socks off!  I can't wait!  $80.00 per person including wine and beer pairings with each course.  Call kelley@512-452-3820 or to make your reservation.  

Wild Salmon Season has arrived!  Please visit our Market to see the great Ivory Salmon and Copper River Sockeye.  These varieties don't stick around very long, due to the short season, so come visit us soon!

Pasta Wednesdays -Pasta Wednesday's.  Our new chef's are making fresh Pasta each Wednesday pairing it with some of our fresh seafood.  Perfect with $2.00 Lone Star Longnecks! Enjoy with a refreshing glass of Texas wine while your relax to the cool sounds of Austin's own...The Calico Jazz Trio or The Robert Kraft Trio.

Summer Salad Series - . Every Thursday evening the restaurant will be exploring new Salad dishes. Our new Chef will be integrating our Fresh Seafood into some unique and refreshing salads. We will carry the salad special through Saturday. 

Lobsterfest Saturdays - Live Maine lobsters are flown in Saturday mornings and boiled to-order from 12 p.m. - 9 p.m. When in season, we also boil live Dungeness crabs flown fresh from the West Coast. Lobsters are $24.99 each.

Wild Salmon Season!
Copper River Wild Salmon journey up the most rugged wild salmon run anywhere - the pristine Copper River in Alaska. The salmon must store extra fat and oils in order to make this long journey. This high fat and oil content is why Copper River Wild Salmon are the best tasting and highest quality salmon available.
Chef Prepared Special:
Pecan Crusted Ruby Red Trout $10.49
This is the easiest and most delicious dish you can take home for a family.  Simply place on a baking sheet at 375° for 20 min or until golden brown.  Love Love Love this.  You could even top it with a little pesto, or white wine butter and caper sauce.  YUMMY
