Farm days
Things are still growing and need tending, and there is lots of grass to cut and compost.
We meet at the Community Farm or the Community Orchard in Poundbury on
Sunday afternoons at around 2pm
and also on
Wednesday mornings at 10.30
There is lots of grass to cut and rake, and compost to be made, at the farm and in the orchard. Come with shears or a scythe if you have them. And it will soon be time to start picking apples.
The site is large and it is easy to socially distance. Email us if you'd like to come along.

Heritage Open Day at the Community Farm
This year's theme is Edible England, celebrating local food production, and the farm will be taking part.
On Wednesday morning 15th September there will be tours of the farm and neighbouring orchard - come and see our polytunnel, vegetables, fruit trees, poultry and bees.
On Saturday 18th September there will be another opportunity to see the farm and orchard, and there will also be apple pressing in the orchard. Bring a small bottle to take away some freshly pressed apple juice!
