Below is some useful information that could help make your printing experience
with us feel as "seamless" as possible.

We understand that sometimes the unexpected can pop up leaving you with not much time to get things done. For in-house jobs, we are prepared to cater to your needs, even if we have to stay back, miss lunch or work over the weekend - but it will cost you!

ARTWORK SIZE
A common mistake with regards to artwork size, is providing a low resolution image e.g. 2 cm x 2 cm, but wanting an A4 size.
What people don't realise is that by doing this they are trying to make something out of nothing - so programs make up the information by sampling surrounding areas. The image beside is an example of what happens when you try to enlarge a small file.
To avoid this make sure your image is:
- at least 300dpi at 100% scale
- not a random low res image you found from the web
- not a compressed JPEG file

LET'S GET TECHNICAL
There are a few things to consider when you
send us your art files for print:
- Fonts must be outlined or embedded
- If the print goes to the edge, 3mm bleed minimum is required
- File format: EPS, AI, PSD, TIFF (saved for CS6 or lower) or High-res PDF (when we say PDF we don't mean you save your low res jpg or png file as a PDF)
If the artwork needs to be altered/fixed/recreated there will be
an additional artwork charge.
