Save the Date...

The LDDA and DFCM will be hosting a Vendor meeting on Sunday, July 31st at 6pm in the training room at My Office & More, located at 122 E. Main St., on the Northwest corner of Main St. and Tennessee Ave.  We will have appetizers and drinks and be presenting marketing ideas for you and your business. After the presentations, there will be a time for open discussion. Please bring your ideas, questions, and concerns.

Also, please note...

Due to the decreased number of active summer vendors, the Market is going to be condensed to keep it as customer-friendly as possible, and some vendors will be relocated. The vendors normally located between Bay Street and Oak Street will be the most affected by the change, and Jim will let you know on Saturday where he needs you to set up.

Celebrate Dad at the Market...

This Sunday is Father's Day. Celebrate a special Dad in your life by taking him to the Farmer's Market for a manly treat, like fresh coffee from Patriot Coffee Roasters. Buy something fresh and savory from one of our food vendors, like R. Michael Family Co.--and if Dad can't come with you, then take home a box of New York Italian sausage or Philadelphia Cheesesteak for him to enjoy for weeks to come. There's so much for Dads to see and taste and smell and enjoy at the Farmer's Market--check out all that our amazing vendors have to offer. Hope to see you Saturday.

New Market Footprint:

Due to the new construction on Bay Street, the Market now stretches directly north from the train tracks, up North Kentucky Avenue, across Pine Street and Bay Street, all the way to Oak Street. That's approximately five block of Market fun! There is parking conveniently located at both ends of the market--on Oak Street and across the train tracks by Munn Park. As always, there is also on-street parking on Tennesee Ave. and Pine St.
