SCHOOL MASCOT & CHEER LINKS FIXED
For some reason when I tested the links, they worked on my computer but they didn't work for others. My guess is because I'm using dropbox it worked for me, but not others who aren't on my computer. The links above are now fixed.

REGULAR SEASON & CONFERENCE BRACKETS

AD’s & Basketball Coaches please send Isaiah Vreeman (isaiah@asaa.org) your schools Regular Season Tournament Brackets/Schedule & Conference Tournament Brackets.

ASAA would like to post these tournament brackets on ASAA365.com / ASAA.org / ASAA Social Media. If you send Isaiah the brackets/schedule in advance of your tournament we will do our best to get it out over all ASAA social media and webpages.

CONFERENCE BASKETBALL BYLAWS: ASAA would like to have a copy of all the Regions conference basketball bylaws for archive purposes. Please send to Isaiah Vreeman at isaiah@asaa.org. It helps ASAA during the course of the season with questions from coaches and school admin. Additionally, when it comes to the end of the season it is nice for knowing the setup of your conference tournaments earlier.

SCHOOL MASCOTS

Please send your school/mascot logo to Isaiah Vreeman (isaiah@asaa.org) in one of the following formats:

  • At least 150 DPI Resolution (Prefer 300 DPI Res.) Higher the resolution the better it looks larger.
  • Illustrator File (.AI or .EPS) - One of these is the preferred file type.
  • Photoshop File (.PSD)

School logos are VERY IMPORTANT for ASAA to have from its member schools. They are used to create state event graphics, team posters, publications, and other items.

The link below is to ASAA’s drop box to see the inventory of school logos ASAA currently has. School AD’s/Principals are able to download school logos that they could use for tournament/meet programs.

Member school are required to enter ALL TEAM SPORT schedules and results into the MaxPreps platform! This is incredible important since most team sports have At-Large berths to the state championships. Without these results some teams chances of making the state event are put in jeopardy!

Questions regarding MaxPreps please use their help function and pages, they can answer a lot of your questions. For more specific questions on ASAA365 please contact ASAA Associate Director Isaiah Vreeman via direct line (907) 375-4409 or isaiah@asaa.org

Once entered into MaxPreps it populates ASAA365.com. Each member school will then be responsible for updating their scores on MaxPreps after each game throughout the season. ALL team sports must enter their schedule and results into MaxPreps. ASAA has created a helpful ASAA365 How To Guide which has been updated for the 2021-2022 season.
