PLEASE PRAY FOR:
- Ethiopia, suffering famine (in all but name) … for Madagascar, Uganda & E. Africa, badly hit by corona virus … for Nigeria’s people where President Buhari has said he’s failed to end insecurity in the country and where Boko Haram has stepped up attacks … for Nicaragua where police have detained 5 more prominent opposition figures … and for the G7 pledges and commitments to be followed through for the benefit of the poorest, most vulnerable and endangered … in Jesus’ name.
- Our friends and family at St Mary’s Island Church, praying they will be able to return to physically worshipping together very soon; and the Lord bless their worship and fellowship.
- Gillingham & Medway – For our armed forces, those in training, those on active service, those home from tours of duty and those who now left the forces … may Lord God sustain them and grant His Peace; for businesses to recover and prosper, offering opportunities for employment; for young families in our neighbourhoods, especially those new to the area, that they are made welcome; and for our teenagers and young people - with so many pressures and challenges – the Lord be with them. And may the King of Glory, strong and mighty, come into and onto our streets, enabling faith for the Glory of His Name.
