Ladies Group
Meet at the Old Vicarage from 10am – 12 noon each Wednesday.

STAMPS FOR LEPROSY MISSION
David Norton has asked that people collect stamps from any letters they receive. If you could keep them until you have a few and then give them to David, he will pass these to the Leprosy Mission.

Medway Open Lecture Series 2022/23
A collaboration between Kent, Greenwich and Canterbury Christ Church universities.
Lectures open to the public, as well as staff and students.
These will generally be one lecture on the last Wednesday of the month from 6-7pm, delivered in the Pilkington Lecture Theatre.

Worldwide –
- for the people of Brazil and President Elect Lula de Silva following elections, that he serve the people with wisdom, equity and care; and with considerations of our world’s health regarding the rain forests.
- Seoul, South Korea, following the tragic pedestrian bridge collapse, that the injured are cared for and grieving families assisted and comforted.
- Psalm 9:9 The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed, a stronghold in times of trouble. Somalia, in the long-running conflicts, culminating in the recent car bombings and such awful loss of life and injuries.
- Psalm 9:18 But the needy will not always be forgotten, nor the hope of the afflicted ever perish … For the peoples of Ukraine as they seek to oust their invaders and care for their peoples.
The UK –
- for ways forward in the continuing impasse of Northern Ireland’s Devolved Assembly; and for all elected officials in bringing stability.
God’s Church –
- For God’s many comforts for Sally Bloor on John’s passing; and for all who grieve.
