Peace in the Park
Our summer community yoga series is BACK!! This FREE class is shared on Sunday mornings at 10am from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Meet at Central Park (next to ACE hardware), bring your own props, and dress for the weather. In case of rain or thunder, we'll move back into the studio--but the class is still FREE!! |

Better Birth Pro Series
The Better Birth Pro series is a completely FREE event for perinatal and birth professionals as well as those in their reproductive years who wish to better understand how to support their pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery.
Learn how to support a more efficient birth by understanding what to do when to support birth physiology. Understand what might be holding back an efficient birth and what you can do to help with progress.
Join Sandy and a host of various birth professionals from doulas to midwives and more for panel discussions between all the members of the birth team...and so much more!
