Mr. Cullen’s documentary film, It's Just Parkinson's, covers his journey as a 62 year old athlete who refuses to let his Parkinson's diagnosis define him in a story about grit, perseverance, and never giving up in the face of insurmountable odds. Each year, Cause 4 Hope raises critically needed funds to provide personalized care advising, local resource referrals, and ongoing education, therapeutic and support programs to people with Parkinson's and their loved ones. All of Neuro Challenge Foundation's program and services are provided at no charge to the Parkinson's community.
