Responding creatively to the gender pay gap regulations
Under the proposed Equality Act (Gender Pay Gap Information) Regulations, organisations from the private and voluntary sectors of more than 250 employees will be required to publish information on equal pay, and the differences in pay between male and female employees. This workshop will highlight best practice to tackle the gender pay gap and offer an opportunity to ask questions, and get solutions from an expert in this field.

This event guides delegates along the fine line between fun, stress reducing, morale raising workplace communication and a harmful, debilitating and persistent verbal barrage. This practical event puts political correctness in its place, recognises the benefits of fun at work, and focuses on the risks and responsibilities for all concerned.

Personality: The Next Big Thing for Inclusion?

As modern science begins to illuminate the genetic, neuro-biological and evolutionary basis of personality traits, understanding how workplaces enable or inhibit people’s ability to work in the way that is best for them is becoming a hot topic of discussion and debate. This workshop will focus on Introversion & Extroversion, as well as the temperament trait of High Sensitivity.
