THE SAINT PAUL-NAGASAKI SISTER CITY COMMITTEE (SPNSCC) NEEDS YOUR HELP!
Next year, SPNSCC will celebrate its 60th anniversary. This is a big deal! SPNSCC is the oldest sister city committee between the US and Japan. So for its 60th anniversary, there are many events and special programming going on.
SPNSCC needs volunteers to help planning in these events. They are looking for people to carry out very small tasks for one event or to head a whole event and to work with the president, JoAnn Blatchley. So there is a big range in time commitment, from minimal to a bit more bulk - good for your resume! They are also looking for host families for Japanese students and visitors. This is ongoing throughout the entire year of 2015, but they are trying to secure the volunteers now. If you are interested, please email spnscc@gmail.com.
