Appreciate the Ordinary
Things have been so nutty for so many months that it will likely feel good to appreciate something you do every day. See if this is true.
To do it, bring enhanced mindfulness EVERY day this week to at least one activity or chore you do on a daily basis. This should be something like washing the dishes, brushing your teeth, or anything you've ever found yourself completing on "auto-pilot."
Pay attention to the action, even marveling at everything that must come together to allow you to, for instance, brush your teeth.
As an added benefit, summarize in three written paragraphs something that you do on a regular basis. It can be the same thing you chose above or something else.
