Hello Kind Living Friends!

Last week, my online pal, well-being expert Katie Elliott in England, and I hosted two conversations on Zoom with the purpose of connecting people. Both were so successful in terms of warmth and authenticity that we are excited to build on what we learned.

Katie has created something called "Little Connections," opportunities for no more than six participants to join her on Zoom to chat, share ideas and explore the latest evidence-based ways to manage big emotions and boost resilience and well-being. So far, she is scheduling one such chat each day through the end of the month.

Sign-up for one of these opportunities here.

Me, I'm applying my focus to parents who have suddenly found themselves in the position of being a homeschooling parent. I'm offering my expertise in education and parenting to assist through pep talks, compassionate listening, and perspective.

I outlined my intentions in a video you can view here.

I'm also interested in connecting people in other creative ways - over meals, happy hours, for book groups, my kindness classes, whatever. Really, I just want to bring people together and let the magic happen. If you're interested in joining me, let me know.

The opportunities Katie and I are offering are free, believing the important thing right now is to focus on providing people positive ways to connect without having to worry about the cost.

Be well, friends, and breathe easy,

Kind Living inspires people to both recognize
and engage in acts of ordinary kindness.
