MLK Day of Service - Jan. 21

Join City Year for a powerful day of service as we honor the life and work of
Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr.!

In just one day of service, volunteers will make a high-needs school a more engaging learning environment for students. Service projects may include painting educational murals, inspirational quotes, and college logos.

Time: 9:00am – 2:00pm; Registration opens at 8:30am; Lunch is provided

City Year partners with schools and teachers to place trained young adults in schools where they are needed most to provide individual support to students who need extra care and attention. Working side-by-side with our teachers, our corps members help students who are struggling so that more kids stay in school and on track to succeed.
