What's Liz Nichols up to this month? Storytelling? Laughter Yoga? Kids & Family Yoga?

Dear <<First Name>>,

I am shocked to discover that I have not sent out one of these newsletters since February! So this might be a good time to ask you - do you want to stay on this list? I hope you do. But if not, no worries -- just go to the bottom and click the link to unsubscribe.

Fall is in the air, and so is laughter! Just last week, CNN did a great article+video piece on "The Science Behind Laughter Yoga."  Click here to watch it. And Time Magazine got a jump on it with their summer special edition "The Science of Laughter". It features all kinds of articles, including one on Dr. Kataria and the growth of the Laughter Yoga movement he started.

Laughter yoga can help ease anxiety and depression, while building unique connections with others.

I love teaching laughter yoga AND kids yoga. How fabulous when I see other people and places combining the two. Especially when it's YogaKids, one of the best, most respected kids yoga organizations out there. Their latest "Pose of the Week" is "Pedal Laughing". Try it, you'll like it! And you'll (re)discover some childlike playfulness to fuel your soul amidst the seriousness of the upcoming election season. https://yogakids.com/magical-garden-post/pedal-laughing/

I hope our paths will cross in the coming months. See below for some of what I'll be up to. Meanwhile, wishing you a sweet year to come, sprinkled with frequent laughter.

Details here.
